Does anyone know what I need to fix? My washer stops filling at the medium load point even though the knob is set to large load. It doesn't matter if it's hot or cold water. We tried filling it with a bucket to see if it would re-set itself, but no luck. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

If you set the knob at "small" does it stop filling at the small load point? If not, then the knob is probably bad.

Washers have a pressure switch that it uses to determine how high the water level is. The pressure switch or the plastic tube from the switch to the washtub may need to be replaced.
