Happy Halloween back at ya! Gonna have the gang over tonight. The kiddies don't come around in the apartment, so we're going adult this year.

Happy Hell'o'ween to you all.
Is anyone dressing up???
I was up till Oneish last night sewing costumes for my goofy kids. My daughter is the "Cat in the Hat", my son is an old woman and I'm a celtic wizard.

My daughter will dress as a clown and escort my 5 year old grand daughter. She will have sparkly princess make up with her Witch costume...she wants to be Glenda the Good Witch of the North.
She should bring home lots of good candy to eat!

Hee hee....just scared the snot outta a little kid that rang the doorbell. I'm wearing my Cousin It floor-length wig and derby hat and answered the door while on my knees. Didn't say a thing, just sort of muttered like Cousin It does and then spread the curtain of hair from my green painted face with blood dripping from wax fangs and dropped some candy into his goody bag.
The kid whimpered and grabbed mommy's hand before hiding behind her.
I sooooo love Halloween!

Only got 7 kids last night. I was lazy this year, so I didn't dress up, but I smile when I think of how many children I've scared the bajesus out of over the years.

I still had candy left over. Not as many kids came as in previous years.

There were between 70 and 80 kids here last night. More than the last time Halloween fell on a Friday. I had to shut up shop at about 7:45 cuz I ran out of treats. <sigh>
So next year I'll get enough for 100, and 40 will show up.
