Also, does she pick things up quickly? Like others said, it could be that she is bored. If she learns quickly, then the class could be just a bit slow for her.
Is the teacher concerned because she is disruptive at all - even a little? If that is the case, maybe she could doodle or something. I find that it is helpful for me in meetings. Also, I remember being bored in math, because it came to me so quickly - the subject was of interest, the class just went too slow. I became a distraction to the boys that sat near me and they suffered lower grades - but I was simply bored.
