Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii DVD?

It hasn't been released before? Or not on DVD? I know I've seen it......

If it's the same Live at Pompeii vhs I have it's not a concert, more like a live practice/recording session, where the band is setup alone in the center of the old arena. There are some cool psycadellic effects edited into the production.
