Windows Mobile? Where did they go wrong?

It seems microsoft has been late to the game in so many sectors. The giant software maker seems to be a step behind bringing things to the market.

Much of androids new success is due to the fact windows mobile took forever to update their os.

Microsoft should really trim the fat and start focusing on core products rather than sticking their hand in everything and anything.

Google seems to be on the same route and have had a couple of failures as well as themselves. Hopefully they dont follow the path of the big M.
