okay, so over at twitter, somebody posts a link to Amazon, and the Complete National Geographic- Every Issue Since 1888 on DVD

looking at the page i see this

Hmmm, I wonder how many or how few individuals have to buy this combination before the Amazon AI picks it up as some kind of notable and allegedly marketable trend?

Somehow, it reminds me of the story I once told of the car dealership that offered "Free Tarbot with every New Car Purchase". And the salesman says to the customer, "Yes sir, that's right. Tarbot! Finest eatin' fish you ever sunk a tooth into".

I just loved the lack of connection between a dead fish and a new car.
