I need help with contact form

there are prolly lots of ways to do it.

i typed it out in notepad, took a screen shot, and cropped the image...

There are plenty of ways, starting with typing it into your photo editing program (e.g. Photoshop) but you can also use recaptcha to hide it behind a captcha test. See here:
