I just noticed these options listed underneath the box of one of fansy's opening posts that I replied to. I went back and looked at several opening posts and saw that they're beneath them too.
I know what twitter is, but what is stumble? I clicked on it and it looks like another version of youtube. Is that accurate? Can someone tell me what each of the options listed, aside from tweeting - mean?

They are all different ways to share links with others. Stumbleupon revolves around a toolbar, where you "stumble" and it shows you semi-random sites that are similar to ones you've expressed an interest in.

Delicious is another "social bookmarking" site, where you save your bookmarks online and others can see them. Facebook and Myspace sharing posts a link and ends up like a status update.
