New Band Blues, need help with a new band

My new band called Random AX isn't going so well. We are all very talented kid musicians, but we don't work well together. Sometimes, my bandmates nearly quit! We have a bassist, a drummer (that's me), and 2 guitarists. I think that we really need a singer, but no one wants to sing. We want to find a singer, but we don't know who to ask. We want someone who is good, and who isn't embarassed to sing. We have someone like that, but we can't persuade him. What do we do? Where do we look for a singer? We are ages 10, 10, 13, and 13.
