Is the goal for them to be better off?

I think Susan Atkins deserves punishment for murdering Tate. I don't think gender has much to do with it one way or another.

I did not mean that either side, pro nor con shoud be favored by the female judges.

Woud both female sides get fairer consideration
without male influence ?

I think it depends way more on the individuals involved than their gender.

As in: an all-male judge and jury might be more fair, or less fair; while an all-female judge and jury might be more fair, or less fair.

A judge and jury of your peers. I dunno, but I thought men were my peers.
I think either sex can have sympathetic feeling toward the other sex.
Women can be catty towards each other. I swore I'd never play all women sports again because of this very reason. I think both sexes civilize each other.

I 'll never forget how fiercely sadistic was a female NY State Supreme Court judge,
around 60 years old, almost as bad as Setanta, against a sweet, cute female lawyer just beginning
to start her career in her early 20s.

It was an ugly thing to see.
