What do you know, mentally challenged president!

Hello! I’m Dr Neil, mental health expert at Douglas Mental Health University. You know, yesterday, one of my students asked me a question that I found very interesting. Perhaps other people would also be interested to know that, I thought. So, the question was, “is Mr Saakashvili, president of Republic of Georgia really a mentally challenged person?” Honestly speaking, I never happened to think of that so I decided to try and make the diagnosis just looking at his picture. Well, right from the first picture of Mr Saakashvili I was able to find on the Internet, it began to think that yes, he’s got certain mental deterioration. Here’s the picture



You see, that’s his smile " an ‘idiot smile’ " this is how we call a distinctive smile of all mentally challenged people. Just to compare it with, here’s a picture of an 11-year-old boy with Down's syndrome



So, I make the following diagnosis to Mr Saakashvili " paranoid schizophrenia with pronounced megalomania. Just surprising that man with such mental deterioration hold a senior position!
