Hi to all
Can anyone help last one minor anaesthetic. If my answers so far are correct, I have lo?a?. L was from sLag, O was from yOruba, ?, A was from Aztec, ?

I never even thought of LOCAL.
I spent ages trawling through pharmaceutical sites for names of anaesthetics.
The answer is so obvious, when someone else points it out.
As usual you have come to my rescue.

Reminds me of a childhood joke where a somewhat snobbish person refused to have a local anaesthetic because it was too "provincial". "Can I not have an imported one?" she asked.
