What is the title of that 80's R & B that goes "here it comes, here comes the sun....shine on you, shine on me....Wake up people get into the act......

No idea. Don't find anything in the R& B genre with those lyrics. Closest thing is Here Comes the Sun by George Harrison of Beatles fame.

only song I can think of would be The Youngbloods "Get Together" but that was in the late 60's.
