I have often wondered how job search sites like monster.com make their profits?? I know how dating agencies do that - you have to pay a membership fee to be able to send emails and contact another person. for a free membership you only get to read others profile. However in job sites one can just apply to the jobs that match with one's profile, without any kind of subscription fee, so how to the sites earn any profits??
@brahmin,
er.. can the moderators please change the topic to "how DO.." from "how to".
A similar change needs to be made in the last like of the original post, but there is no edit button.
@brahmin,
They usually sell job postings and/or resume views to employers.
