i bought a pack of newport shorts 3 days ago.

im such a failboat right now.

Bleh. Never again!

ARRGRGH i cant belive i effin did that. im just so damn bored doin daily labor and then doin nothing but watching food network, amc, discovery and history channel all evening.

this sucks i completely brokedown and bought them! man i SO hope i dont do it aagin, i started playing counter strike again because i realised how bad a mistake it was.

hopefully i can sit for hours playing pc shooting games instead of drinking 2 liters of coke and smokin newports ffs. NEWPORTS!

hah, what cigarettes would you recommend?

only ones i ever liked were marlboro lights, marl reds if i had a bottle of liquor, newports for just bein minty and kidna strong, but not gross like virgina blend marlboros

but yeah. hah. they are all i know!

Yeah, and the cigarettes do make one's health unmanageable, if not life. I gave up cigarettes in college as the dean decided we couldn't smoke in art classes because of the turpentine. I got a bad cold and put them away, then tried to smoke after I got well and after one day, what the hell am I doing this for? I quite and never smoked again. It was peer pressure to an extent but I did only smoke a pack every three or four days. Newports? What's the matter with a little menthol -- it psychologically makes one feel like the smoking is healthy.

Dude,
I tried at least twice before I was able to put those shyts down. You probably know this already, but there is a little 'click' after the first 14 days or so, when it gets a little easier . That's about how long it takes for the physical addiction to let go. Anyway, I will be 5 years smoke-free (except for one cigar on the 4th of July at the house of a friend who has a very cool pool and gets Cubans) on 24 July.

It can be done - and you will feel and BE so much better. Try not to pick up that first cigarrette.
