how to block a internet web-site manually?

Hello ,

This is my first post and I hope my grammars is correct ! Smile

I want block a facebook web-site from my sisters PC manually, without any programs/ mozzila add-on.

I remember one-way , Like this = C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
And I type the URL on the networks file.

BUT that way is not working anymore!

anyone have a clue for me? Thanks
