Ha! Good ol' "I-V-vi-IV". Ranks right up there with "I-vi-IV-V" and "vi-IV-I-V" in terms of ubiquity in pop music.

Actually, as I listen to it, the chord progression does change to vi-IV-I-V halfway through the clip before returning to I-V-vi-IV at the very end.

or

vi - ii - V - I - IV - ii - V/vi - V/vi, if you want to notate it in the major key.
