Compensation

My friend have an ISP company to provide internet services for almost five years and the dominant company have used anti competitive practice by delaying to connect the ADSL to the new subscribers and on the week end the dominant company disconnected all the lines of the subscribers, by the next working day all the subscribers where gone to the dominant company with new contract and higher speed and less cost. when we discussed this matter with them they said that you did not pay all the money for us and the 60 days where over , so they noticed him orally not written and now the case in the court since 3 years,

my question is what is the best way and articles to include for the compensation so they cover all the expensis and lost profits since they invest more than one million dollars.
