Vanilla Ice apologizes for his music

Now he's older and has hundreds of millions of dollars. That makes the apology easier.

Nah, he was nearly bankrupt very shortly after his success, and now has to do apologies like this to make money.

Why's he apologizing - first of all - I loved that song and secondly without Vanilla Ice - we'd never had had the opportunity for stuff like this:

I just liked the song it samples so much (in all it's overwrought angst) that some white dude rapping over it to tell me what a great rapper he was was unconscionable, back then. Now I accept it. Maybe one day Madonna's version of 'American Pie' will also be acceptable. Well if there can be peace in Ireland...
