A very interesting map. I was baffled by the layout of the affected areas until I started using the filters on the data.

Manufacturing Centers and Housing Bubble centers were hit the hardest. Also, California seems to be unusual because it has problems in its rural areas (unlike the east coast).

Wow, Oregon, Michigan, and the south east are getting kind of screwed in this stimulus deal.
