With the economy the way it is, I've been looking to the web to make some extra money, but most of the sites I've found seem kinda fishy, so, I'd like to know which are the best ways to get money online.

The same way you do offline, with work or luck.
What skills do you possess that you can use to make money? And incidentally, lots of questions like this are aimed at having a partner (or the asker using a different) account come back and "answer" the question with SPAM so if this is one of those cases it's a pretty bad way to try to make money online, as the SPAM is removed very quickly and the effort is in vain.
