if i go to like h and r block or something, will they just figure this **** out?

how much will i have to pay if i only made 2,500.00?

ballpark it, i guess.

@OGIONIK,
in canada you wouldn't have to pay anything on 2,500.00, and any amount you would have payed during the year would be refunded, you would of course still have to file a return

I think it's the same here dj...you fill out the 1040EZ ...

You get a standard deduction and an personal exemption.

It appears if you made less than $9350 as a single person, you will owe no taxes (assuming you paid FICA on it)
