Does anyone know who actually wrote this song? It has been contributed to Roy Clark, Buck Owens, Alan Campbell, and Bill Thompson. My husband met Bill Thompson and I was wondering if he was the actual one. Anyone know?

I'm pretty sure that Buck Owens wrote it. At least he is credited with all the lyrics of it I've seen. (Used to use it a lot in skits.)

And thanks. Now I'm going to have the damn song stuck in my head all day!!!!
