Pretty incredible shots at this site, above, too.
@JTT,
Fantastic definition. Especially underwater.
The surfing and kayaking sections were breathtaking.
@vonny,
Should use that for a caption contest.
And now gold is an extreme sport.
@hingehead,
Which one?
"Does a bear **** in the woods?"
@panzade,
Not sure, but three guys just shat in their pants.
just an anecdote - when I moved to Eureka, I first lived in a strange and wonderful place, a place for me to rent while looking, some kind of small development tract, to a place that my realtor said had not sold for three years. Most of my stuff was in the garage, but some was in the house, paintings of mine on the walls and cook books.
The day I first saw it, there were three deer in the neighbor yard, sequoias in my back yard.
Shortly after, when I was making bread, I got the call - people to see the house.
****, they bought it, and so I had to move in a month. Moved to the place the husband had (keeper of many toys, including a baseball card room). I basically lived in one room there, but nice place.
And, I learned, a very large bear had been shot three streets away not long before.
So, some cities deal with all this more than others.
Also, some animals do too.
