I can't gove an exact answer to your question because I don't know of any source that lists things broken down that far.

I did find the following:

That is data as of 2004 so it is a few years out of date. The 2004 (Federal Poverty level (FPL) for a family of 4 was $18,850. (For a single person it was $ 9,310.)

$16/hr at 40 hours a week would translate to roughly $33,000/yr. so you should be able to get an idea based on those numbers.
