the strokes... who likes em, who hates em, who loves em?

For a commercial act, they're alright. Their first album is probably their best. The second sounds just like their first, and the third is a departure from the sound of the first two albums, which disappointed some of their fan base.

The first is a classic. Those boys know how to write a catchy tune. But I don't think there's much else to them. But, yeah, that first Strokes album will always take me back. To days waiting tables baked out of my mind and sleeping with the boss's daughter. Good times.
