yup. My oldest went to Willie this past week. Says he rocked the house and did his newest single which he recorded with Snoop Dogg. Age is just a number, as they say.

Legal to purchase in every state but California.

Ahnoldt banned them even though nobody in the state owned one. What a retard. A Barrett .50 costs about $7000 to start...and they are very heavy. Not exactly a criminals choice, or even a terrorist's for that matter. And yes, Achmed, they do kick.

FYI Barrett designed a California legal version of this gun, in .48 I believe, just to piss off the stupid lawmakers. Barrett is the ONLY manufacture of .50 BMG guns. So, this CA law looks like a personal vendetta against a single company or owner thereof.

From last night's show at Pierre's. Nobody ever wants to follow Ted. I saw him open for ZZ Top in 2003 - ZZ was good, but anticlimactic.

That's real nice. But he'll never do this.

Maybe not, but, unlike the Stoners, he can still hit the notes.

Not sure if you noticed, but when the Stones played the Superbowl a few years ago (Detroit, I think), they absolutely sucked. People didn't care. I don't understand how they can't care, especially if you see them in concert and pay $500 for a ticket.

What are you rolling your eyes at? Admit it - the Stoners did a horrible job at their Superbowl appearance. Richards wasn't even playing the same song as the rest of the band.

Derek St. Holmes joined Nuge several times on this tour (he's the singer/guitarist who did lead on Stranglehold back in the 70's). It really ups the game when he shows up. But Nuge doesn't want to pay him to be there every night. One thing that you will almost never hear - a stray note, unlike the Stoners.

"In rock, when we hear five bad notes in a row, we call it jazz." -Alice Cooper
