Im sure its a rap song although im not sure where i heard it. Its a guy singing, and i know it starts out like with him singing/saying:

Southpaaaaaaaaw, southsound paaaaww
Southpaaaaaaaww, southsound paaaaaw

if you can try to image he takes about 5 seconds saying it twice although i think it might repeat even more, but hes not singing/rapping very quick at the beginning. ill rack my brain for any more info but see what you can do with this so far. thanks for your help!

Okay, I've tried and I keep getting results for Morrissey (he had an album called Southpaw Grammar back in '83 and God knows he's no rapper).

And the lyrics, in a row, don't show up on Google. Hmmm.
