Here are some sentences in the song Never Alone by Jim Brickman

May you always have plenty
your glass never empty
and know in your belly
you're never alone

Could you please tell me what does ''your glass never empty'' refer to ?
And what about "know in your belly?"

The second line is just a repeat (in figurative language) of the meaning of the first line. And, it could mean contentment and happiness, as well as simply nourishment.

"Know in your belly" just means to have an instinctive knowledge, a "gut feeling".

"May your glass be never empty" is a well-known toast. The "glass" might be full of beer or wine or brandy--but never empty.

"Know in your belly" would be a gut feeling, knowledge that goes beyond theories and words; information that you know in your innermost being.
