IS a cotton tee shirt a good source of dietary fibre?

Im so confused about this that even my verbs are irregular.

Quote:
This most excellent canopy, the General Category, look you, this brave o'er-hanging firmament, this majestical roof fretted with golden (or very silly) threads, appears no other thing to me than a foul and pestilent congregation of the vapours.

This hath brung unto to mine eyes, tears of mirth.

1. I think cotton needs too many pesticides and stuff to grow, so no, it's prolly not a good source of fibre.

2. Thy irregular verbs have caused me jocularity.

3. Tears of mirth are great......but have your bowels moved????

I move the mail within 30 minutes of awakening every day without fail and require no particular dietary help.... my problem is that it takes me 60 minutes to get out of bed....

Shocked
I will never be the same...

On my ever so immature hunt for funny fart stuff .. I have learned that there is such a thing as a sexual fetish that involves gastric noises..

I will never be the same
(rocking back and forth)

I will never be the same
(rocking back and forth)

I will never be the same
(rocking back and forth)

I will never be the same

i was a firm believer in "roughage" until recently : bran , full-grain rye bread ... the works .

i've battled IBS on and of for some years . about nine months ago it started to get somewhat worse . the doctor and many medical websites said : increase fibre ... so i did ... and it got worse .
finally found an IBS support website that said : roughage is not always the best for IBS sufferers . they suggested "soluable" fibre : good white bread (but NOT WONDER bread !) , rice , pasta , bananas , mangoes ...

so i switched over and within a few days my problems started to go away . they also suggested taking IMMODIUM (about 1/2 to 2 tablets a day) to immediately control any flareups - this was also supported by the IMMODIUM official website .
my doc was sceptical , but it sure worked for me ... haven't had a problem in three weeks now and sleep like a baby again Laughing .
fibre was my choice at one time , but not any more - but still drink plenty of water and weak tea .

When I was drinking and eating without regard to nutrition, for many years, my bowel movements were too disgusting to describe. Now, I pass nice torpedoes that stare benignly back at me, before I launch them into the great sea of waste. Bliss is a fine movment.
