Yeah...but you voted on the other thread, which I just deleted.

And it had the better options! Dunno how I managed to do THAT.

Pretend fiber!?! Because it's spelled -er and not -re? Is that what makes it pretend? <grin>

Is this the fiber thread, or is this the fat and salt thread?

Sheesh!

I eat all that stuff, except for the stuff in the last pic in the containers.

I do need to eat more fruit, though.

It's the "whatever it takes to get the **** moving and where it belongs around here" thread, goddammit!

I just don't trust something that's all puffy and fatty and salty to do the job....I think it would cause bloating.

Have you ever made your own?

I always take almonds with me when I travel - that's the only time I might become slowed-down.

Pediatricians often recommend applesauce for kids who are constipated. Something about the sugars and fiber both.

Papaya is an excellent source of fiber plus other multiple benefits.
Nothing like a fresh papaya off the tree.

Check it out.

I, personally, have no need of any further fibre......it's all moving along just fine, thank you.

I have tasted of the fruit of the pawpaw, and it tasteth and smelleth unto me as the product of all this fibre smelleth. (I cannot vouch for how that tasteth.)

I eat as much as I can of the foods pictured in the first post. Not any of the stuff in the jars, though.

Here's a clue:

"It's the "whatever it takes to get the **** moving and where it belongs around here" thread, goddammit!"

Around here being A2k, not the immediate region of one oneself.

This thread is a JOKE!!!! A little pin wherewith to prick the balloon of despond, and release the noxious vapours therein enclosedth.

One has noticed, has one not, an unusual level of...well...shittiness...between folk aboot the place of late, no? We have of late, but wherefore we (or at least I) know not, lost a smegging lot of our mirth. This goodly mainframe, A2k, appears to me, at least in places, something of a sterile promontory. This most excellent canopy, the General Category, look you, this brave o'er-hanging firmament, this majestical roof fretted with golden (or very silly) threads, appears no other thing to me than a foul and pestilent congregation of the vapours.

Well, I AM exaggerating, but this is a silly thread about a serious subject.

Our deer ehBeth is wont to say at such moments that more fibre is required.

I am attempting to deliver such unto the sad and costive of our beloved A2k crew, so as to release, in a glorious efflorescence of wind and thunder, any substances which may be causing harm unto their insides and thus disturbance to their humours.

I guess you could call it a fart thread.

You people are so LITERAL.

More fibre, I say!!!!
