Well, in the USA, Ontario, Manitoba, Nunavut, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Alberta, the Northwest Territories, British Columbia, Nova Scotia and Yukon Territory.
In all European countries, it starts on the last Sunday in March and ends on the last Sunday in October.

it's the pits !!!
it's been snowing since yesterday afternoon and is expected to continue for another 12-20 hours - total of about 30-40 cm - that's a foot or more on top of what we already have on the ground !
