Hey Tyrius...I use Fruity Loops. Not so much anymore since I picked up Propellerhead's Reaon 2.5, but Fruity Loops is still pretty cool. Reason is a bit more extensive. Here's a link to specs on the product:

It includes a drum machine, two synths, a sampler, a sequencer, all kinds of FX (reverb, chorus/flange, envelope filter, delay, compression, parametric eq, etc.), a loop machine, and a few others. You can re-wire the program into Fruity Loops or virtually any other music software program so that they can all be used together.
The learning curve is a little steep, but the manual is really good and once you get through it, the program is easy to use.
