Modern dentistry is something, ay? I'm tuning in now to your post and when I read your initial concern about it being yanked, I thought, they'll fix that mo' fo right up like it was new.

So now you can maintain your record of never having anything removed. Now's the time to start the tally sheet on having things filled.

I lost most of a tooth the other day, and am off to the dentist today.

I don't see that they can possibly do anything with it, so I suspect it's coming out today, or at an appointment in the next few days.

I have never had a tooth out....I have never had ANYTHING out!!!!

I have my wisdom teeth, tonsils, adenoids, appendix and every goddam thing I was born with.

I am a pathetic coward, and **** scared.

I need a hug!!!

I know that's pathetic.....BUT I DON'T CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You mean you are just losing your baby teeth??! Wow.

Spendy bit there. I had a root canal/implant on one tooth and the bill was close to three thousand dollars.

Out of pocket.

I should have just had them pull the tooth and moved to Tennessee.

Lol!!!!

I have good cover......I think the quote for a crown says I would be $250 or so out of pocket...the other coupla thousand gets picked up by my dental cover.

Pleased to be of service.

Ummmm...I don't know its name...but if you start at my right upper front tooth, and call that one, then go to tooth 6, that's the one.

You asked half seriously about teeth drifting. This does in fact happen. Drift is difficult to control without the use of orthodontic appliances. your #7 and/or #5 could drift to fill the gap a little, given time without the support of a full dentition front teeth could move. Its not usual for teeth to drift labially or lingually (cheekward or tongueward) as the cheek and tongue hold sideways drift in check.

Crown and bridge work is not cheap and having been employed as a dental technician many moons ago I understand why.
