I worked the Keith Urban gig Tuesday, and it was going way too well.
got hurt by a nidjit...
big elephantine kid. we were loading chunks of floating stage. he got pissed off because the roadie leading the crew called him stupid. (he is)
so now we have an angry stupid kid throwing large heavy pieces onto the cart.
the first one bounced in to where I was landing and strapping them for transport. it put a 2 inch blood blister on my forearm. (i cursed and gave him a go fall down and die look)
the next one smashed my right index finger all to hell...
he was removed to a different location (undisclosed) to work the remainder of the load out before I could reach him.
