And being on the nostalgic trip:

in 1965 I liked to go to two discotheks there (and in Bournemouth): one, which was more like a youth club and rather cheap, the other (in Bournemouth), a club in a more posh theater - but with life bands any evening.

And it was only in 1966 that I noticed: I danced to the music of a quite famous band (similar as seen here on this German tv-video):
