I have just stumbled upon this genre and I love it,
however I have not had much luck finding torrents or even legit sources to purchase the music.
I am specifically looking for these artists...

I just discovered it myself. I am not really a fan of the music but I think it is interesting. To me it is just american (NY,LA) street dance/hiphop by europeans with traditional rave electronics.
It is underground so you can find it on youtube as that is their natural forum.

I have finally found a source to buy those very rare mix tapes on Amazon.
