That was just midwestern speak for someone coming across as very gay....ya know....of the flaming variety....the Kansan would know what I meant even out of context...without the aid of the soundbite. It's not that we have no gay men here in the heartland, it's just that it's very, very, very rare to come across an Ethel Merman wannabe in broad daylight. San Franciscans often boast of their openness...and of course the parades and that type of thing....it's not like they hide it in the least.
