I got my pic in the paper when they asked us non-germans about the mayor-elections...
Starting when I was a child ('altar boy') I got my photo quite often in the papers: various amateur theater performances during school time, as our school's pupils representative, than in the [German] Navy Times, and for 20 years quite regularily job (social worker) related.
Actually I just had my photo in the January edition of a German dive magazine!
I went to Madeira last September to take my second level instructor's exam and there's a report in the magazine about this exam.
When I was 6. I starred in our class play, and there's a pic of me and my costar, Mark ___. I'm standing behind a little window with the shutters open and looking through and he's on the floor in front of the window (he played a cat). My mother still has a copy somewhere.
Paper, I don't think so. But, many times in the Quarter Horse Journal.

I sent a letter to the editor they wanted to publish, so I had to come in to get a head shot.
I wish I knew how to drive a fork lift.

I was in the paper several times in L.A. -- 4 total, I think.
I had a full-page photo and feature on me (short) in a national women's magazine a few years ago.
That's all I can remember now...
Yes boomer, a bunch of times. Had to do with music and broadcasting.

I was in The Elves and the Shoemaker when I was in 8th grade - got my picture in the local paper for that. Also when I was in Die Fledermaus in the college paper. A few more times but that was with concert promotions and charity events in my fairly small town. Background stuff mostly. Concert in another town they actually put my picture in the paper - never had that happen before - really, really small town.

Not in the newspaper that I can recall but an industry magazine many years ago.

Yes, a number of times. Four (or more) for my writing published in newspapers, several for TV panels and interviews, many in groups photos re my activist projects, several while testifying before the California legislature.
