Santa - or rather Christkind - left me a ticket for the Bruce Springsteen concert in Düsseldorf in June. And a rather interesting looking green lamp.

i already posted what excited me this christmas. although santa left me:

he also left me a wonder woman statute and a spiderman 3 monopoly - which were the BEST things for me

With money tight this year, I asked Santa not to give me any gifts and to instead shower the kids. So I got nuthin this year.

when we were in toronto three weeks ago to listen to the "preservation hall jazz band" i bought myself one of their cd's and a 10 disk-set of cd's "swing time" with the best old-time swing from benny goodman to gene krupa and lionel hampton - i'm smiling !

We arrange life to follow student loan disbursements, so the kids, Vito and I agreed to exchange gifts in January.

Vito's sister and bro in law got me a really cute grey sweater. We got her a basket of really nice chocolates (her passion, the skinny gangsta), a cute soft, white vest, really nice leather gloves and a Starbucks gift certificate.

We gave Don Cicci (who never buys anything for himself) a hot black leather jacket. I think he sleeps in it.

Looking forward to choosing a meaningful gift for Vito.
