But dammit, my life is just one heap of steaming poo right now.
Did you miss me?
If not, just lie and say you did.
I might commit murder should you disturb my delicate mental state.
PS- This post is my 14,000 post. Say yea for me.

You seemed to know me when I kissed you under the mistletoe.
oh yeah.... now I know you.... you were so hot....
Bella, dear, what could be wrong? Are you okay?
Yeah, I am ok.
Ade is still sick, with ear infection going on a month now and a cold that won't go away. On top of this, she's teething I think.
I am sick and have been for about 3 weeks now and am not getting any sleep because baby is sick.
Dog had eye infection and is now being treated for ear mites.
Grandparents (both mine and hubbys) are not doing well. Suspect at least one of them won't make it much past Christmas.
It's just been frustrating, tiring and draining around here.
Teething and ear infections occurred together with my children also. (but i can't remember what the medical explanation was)
I've missed you.
I'm glad to see you posting more and I hope the New Year is a little easier for you.
Oh man, she's still sick?
Sorry, Bella.
Do you have any kind of Christmas vacation coming up?
No, not really. And since Grandma is partially out of commission but refuses to give up Christmas at her house, it looks like the burden will fall on the rest of us to make sure Christmas goes smoothly.
I do get Christmas Eve and Christmas day off so I will have a 4 day weekend but my parents will be in town so the house will be full.
Maybe I can get my mom to watch Ade while I sleep. Hm.
Christmas weekend is looking better and better.....
Get your mom to watch Ade while you sleep!
I always knew this but as other possible risk factors recede it's becoming more and more obvious -- sleep is VITAL for a healthy immune system. And you want to do everything you can to boost those immune systems, yours and Ade's.

Good choice bellla. The live in extended family that some cultures still maintain has its value.
Jumping in with the others in saying yes, I missed you and yes, let your mom take over so, obviously exausted Bella, can sleep!
I feel for ya girl!

You should wait until she's had a good sleep before feeling her.

More than just frustrating, Bella Dea - that's a big load to have on your plate - all at once!
The very best of luck to you in coping!
(Don't even try to be
perfect, OK? Not possible! Concentrate on the most important things!)
.... & look after your own health! Very important!
Without that, everything goes kapoot!!
So, gently, gently .....

Sounds like it's time for a potluck.
I think we all understand how personnel time disappears when a baby comes on the scene - and you have an infant, a fulltime job, elderly relatives and a high maintenance dog. You'll catch up on sleep when Baby Bella goes to college.
