I have no desire for any member to feel unwelcome on A2K. Nevertheless, when members commit social gaffes--which smudge the integrity of other members--they have to expect some flack.

Obviously TTH is a valuable member of the Trivia and Riddles forums where she will be missed.

On Wednesday TTH posted a three-day advance notice on the Marlboro thread that she was leaving as of today. The pleading began and she responded

TTH- I hate talking about you like you're not here, so this is what I'd say if you were:
I like you- what I know of you anyway - you wear your heart on your sleeve and I generally like those kinds of folks.

I can't say that I love you - as I don't know you enough to know if I'd love you in any sense except in the sense that you're a fellow human - but what I do LOVE and appreciate about you are the kind of madcap, funny, bring -back- crazy memories videos you post on what are you listening to right now?

You've been the source of many smiles and happy memories for me...via your choice off videos - some of which I would never think to look up - but I appreciate them when I see them. So thanks TTH and merry christmas~

Well I personally always enjoy you TTH! I think you are a sweet gal and know you wouldn't do anything to hurt anyone on purpose - have no clue what went on or about social gaffes - but lord knows I commit many of those myself...I will miss you - hope you don't make a decision to leave a place where there are those that care about you. I was told when I first came to realize that people are pretty open about things here and to try not to take it too personally - I have found friends - family - so to speak here in spite of a rocky start! You keep your chin up chicky baby! :wink:

Sorry, tryagain -- I don't play let's read between the lines. You opened this thread with some cryptic bs about the pain of membership, witch trials, and TTH not feeling the love. Not having a clue what you were talking about, I went over to the Marlboro thread where TTH gave more cryptic bs about someone not saying something and having to leave after Friday because of it.

If you have something on TTH's behalf then say it because I don't know what the fig you're talking about.

I honestly never spoke to Try about any of this at all. Most of the time I can't understand what he is talking about. I have told him that. Why he started this thread only he can answer that.

Tryagain, TTH is obviously distressed and/or embarrassed by this thread. Perhaps both.

I will do my bit to ensure that no further discomfort occurs by not posting here again.

I urge others to follow suit.

If a member is discomforted by a discussion about them then we should all do what we can to help out!
