I'm so glad to hear you two are doing well and the weather is holding up nicely for ya :-D

We've got snow coming tonight (around 6") they're sayin, but no complaints.

I'm all scared **** about my business venture, but that's only because of all the red tape that I have to bust through before I get started, then it'll be a piece of cake ;-)

I've had a few different ventures in mind over the past 10 months, but I haven't quite shared the details of this venture quite yet.
If I go telling everyone and it doesn't happen for some reason, I don't want to look like a total idiot to everyone.

I was laid off from my job 10 months ago. It was totally unexpected and I had no idea where I was headed. I tossed stuff around, but came back to something I've wanted to try for about 8 years now.

The government offers an awesome program for people on unemployment who want to start a business, so this is a great chance for me to run with my life now that my son is grown.

He's getting married

This time, I'm following through with my plan and I'm glad I took the time I needed to think things through before I made any moves.

Anyway, I'm keeping my plans a secret, just until I actually put in in motion. Next week I dive in :-D
