Anyone written a song and submitted it to a singer with any luck?

How does one get song suggestions to famous artists?

Or can't that be done . . .

Any suggestions?

No signed artist will ever even glance at unsolicited lyrics or listen to an unsolicited tape of a song. It's too easy then for someone to show up later and say "Hey, that number one single "Hodad?" is based on my lyrics from my song "HoDere??" which I sent to you five years ago."

If you are serious about songwriting, join the Guild.

This is the one in the USA, there is an International Guild as well.
