In finance?

What'd you decide? I read it before you changed it, but I'm not a Boston person and don't know anything about the subject and so didn't respond. The problematic tenants part sounded not so good though. Seems like it'd be a headache.

There's a 4 bedroom condo available, the exact unit upstairs from it just sold for over $200K. I found out the seller accepted an offer of $140K, but the buyer's finances collapsed. That's dirt cheap, even in that area. I'm only about 5 miles away and my town is over double for similar places.

It's all brand new. Stainless appliances, granite counters, ect.The catch is it's in a dump of an area, and I would definitely have a hard time finding good tenants. So I'm not going to buy it.
