It bugs me because when I read it my eyes are actually going around the squares in circles, clockwise, instead of reading the quotes from top to bottom. I do start reading the innermost quote first though.

That was a pointless, lousy response--obviously, you couldn't think of anything clever to say.

We once did this nested quote thing, and it apparently has no end. I think we reached 23 nested quotes . . .

It ought to be obvious. Other people here suggest to me that you're not stupid--perhaps not, but my experience suggests that you're not very quick on the uptake.

My experience is that you only know what has hit you over the head . . . repeatedly.

Caribou posted a picture of a louse. So i responded by saying, among other things, that it was a "lousy" response. That was humor, be it never so feeble. You come along and ask to whom i had addressed my remarks--as though you were looking for trouble. So i was more than happy to oblige.

I'm a know a little of this and a little of that gal. I consider myself to be an expert shopper, but I'm not sure if that counts.

I love to learn, which is one of the things I love most about A2K. It gives me a place where I can ask whatever I want and whoever happens to have the answers can come share them with me.

But A2K is mostly my social ground. It's where I come to see the familiar faces I've grown to know and love and while I'm here, I like to help out with any questions regarding something I may know something about.

I love all the A2K comedians who keep me laughing when I can use a good laugh. They are the experts at cheering me up and I value them very much!

Sometimes we just need to talk about something that's bothering us and get support. This place has an amazing and supportive group of people who care enough to take time out to comfort and advise people they've never even met, so they are the experts of emotional support.

I'm no expert. I'm just me :-)

Oooh! Never hit your Grandma with a shovel
It makes a bad impression on her mind
(On her mind)
In a better way impart
All the love things in your heart
For it's possible she may retort in kind
(Retort in kind)
Remember Granny's known you since a baby
And even though in fun, could prove a shock
(Prove a shock)
So respect her aged head,
Stay the shovel and instead
Paste your dear old, sweet old Grandma
With a rock.
