I stumbled on this website/application while trying to find the best deal on photo books.
I love it. It has tons of options for formats and layouts and it's easy to use. You can make a nice bound photo book for someone this christmas.

This would make a great holiday gift too, and the whole family can participate in the creation or just one person can create it for others.
