Them bald-headed country singers

Most male country singers are bald and wear cowboy hats and rogaine baseball caps to cover it up. But being bald produces a high-pitched, twangy voice in men singers -- ideal for country music. These baldies should be proud of their chrome domes and not try to cover up their profitable blessings in disguise. A lot of the best country singers seem to be from Texas where most men are bald. Thank you Texas!

Here's a partial list of top male country singers of the last 20 or so yrs :

Tim McGraw - not bald
Dwight Yoakum - not bald
Garth Brooks - bald
Kenny Rogers - not bald
Willy Nelson - not bald
Johnny Cash - now dead, but not bald

So I see only one on that list is bald.

I thought baldness was strongly correlated to excess testosterone, which by the way probably would not produce a high pitched twangy voice.

Well, I often think of Yul Brynner when I listen to country music. Doesn't everyone?

Not everyone. I think of Telly Savalas. Whenever I hear "Family Tradition" I get a strange craving for lollipops.

Dwight Yoakum (one of my favorite male country singers) is most definitely at least bald-ING beneath that hat he's been wearing for years- and I suspect that Tim McGraw is in pretty much the same situation.
You might not call it bald, exactly but you'd have to at least admit their hairline has receeded pretty extremely (they just still have a fringe of hair around the bottom of their skulls- and they've left it long- so it looks like they have a full head of hair under there).
