My internet explorer always displays "Cannot display webpage". no matter what website i enter. even yahoo, or google, i also have the latest internet explorer. i also downloaded Spybot search and destroy, Norton anti-virus, and Ad-aware to know i there is a hijack. i even have Browser retaliator, but i didnt help, so unintsall it right away. what should i do?
