I hope this is a joke Rowdy.

But on the off chance it isn't.

You can't delete your IP address if you want to use the internet. That would be like trying phone someone when you don't have a phone number, or send someone a letter who doesn't have a postal address.

So let's step back. Why do you want to hide it?

PS
I'd recommend you don't put your postal address anywhere where every internet user on the planet can see it.

Send them some mail old world style, and send it addressed to the person intended. To make sure thy recieve it, send it certified mail so you get a copy when they receive it and they must sign for it!
learn how it works this thing called goverment cause they are using laws
to screw you and I out of our rites in this Country today. Keep both eyes on them, one is not enough anymore. Idea

Hi Rowdy

Now I understand. If you are using a large Internet Provider (sorry, I don't the main players in the US) they can't block your IP address, because usually your IP address changes from day-to-day and is allocated randomly by your provider using a protocol called DHCP; and the way it works is only your Provider knows your address - everyone else just sees the Providers address. So to block you they would have to block everyone who uses that provider.

They can block your email address however, so go with big red and send snail mail. Or better yet send an open letter to them cc'd to your local paper....
